Abstract: In this paper, the main nutrients and functions of the medicinal and edible homologous Puerariae Lobatae Radix were described, as well as the application of Puerariae Lobatae Radix in food development, in order to provide theoretical reference for the study of the medicinal and edible homologous functions of Puerariae Lobatae Radix.
