摘 要:液相色谱-质谱联用技术因其高灵敏度、高选择性、高分离与分析性等,能够检测到极微量的物质,可实现复杂混合物中痕量药物残留的准确检测,在保障食用农产品质量方面发挥着不可或缺的作用。本文主要阐述液相色谱-质谱联用技术的基本原理、特点,探讨该技术在食用农产品检测中的应用以及优缺点。

Application of Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry in the Detection of Edible Agricultural Products

Abstract: Due to its high sensitivity, selectivity, separation and analysis, liquid chromatographer-mass spectrometry can detect extremely small amounts of substances and accurately detect trace drug residues in complex mixtures, which plays an indispensable role in ensuring the quality of edible agricultural products. This paper mainly describes the basic principle and characteristics of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, and discusses the application and advantages and disadvantages of this technology in the detection of edible agricultural products.
