摘 要：本文阐述餐饮行业食品的主要类别及特点、食品营养学的基本概念与评价指标，分析影响餐饮行业食品营养安全的关键因素，并提出提升餐饮行业食品营养安全的对策，以提高餐饮业食品营养安全水平。

Abstract： This paper describes the main categories and characteristics of food in the catering industry， basic concepts and evaluation indicators of food nutrition， analyzes the key factors affecting food nutrition safety in the catering industry， and puts forward countermeasures to improve food nutrition safety in the catering industry， so as to improve the level of food nutrition safety in the catering industry.
