Exploration of the Production Technology of Yangzhou Pastry Jade Steamed Pork Dumplings

Abstract: Jade roasted wheat is one of the representative varieties of Yangzhou pastry,with exquisite craftsmanship and unique flavor, which is deeply loved by local diners and tourists. This article focuses on the production process of Yangzhou pastry jade steamed pork dumplings, it explores the dough, filling, shape, decoration, maturity, and innovation of jade steamed pork dumplings, and combines industry requirements to improve the flavor and quality of jade steamed pork dumplings through process analysis.
