液相色谱-质谱法测定茶叶中14种农药残留

摘 要:参照GB 23200.121—2021,采用液相色谱-质谱法对茶叶中14种农药残留进行测定。结果表明,在1~200 ng·mL-1浓度范围内,14种农药均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.995。该方法的定量限、重复性限、回收率均符合要求,适用于茶叶中14种农药残留的测定。

Determination of 14 Pesticide Residues in Tea by Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: Referring to GB 23200.121—2021, 14 pesticide residues in tea were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that in the concentration range of 1~200 ng·mL-1, the
14 pesticides had a good linear relationship, and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.995. The quantitative limit, repeatability limit and recovery rate of this method all met the requirements and were suitable for the determination of 14 pesticide residues in tea.
