Abstract：Theconstructionofteachingresourcelibraryisanimportantpathtorealizethevalue transformationofredculturalresources，ndanimporantresoureforvocationalcolgestoimplementtefundamentaltaskforaleducationandtalentcultiation.ThisstudyisbasedontherichredculturalresourcesandtheireducationalvalueinQiandongnan.TakingQiandongnanNationalities Polytechnicasanexample，itexplorestheimplementationpathofthevaluetransformatioofredculturalresouresinethnic areas.Researchhasfoundthattherearestllpracticaldificultiesinthevaluetransformationofredculturalresourcesinsoutheaster Guizhou，suchslosiegiormsepesutuatidicples guarantes.Itisessarytoordatetefortsofgovnt，olsdsoietydakectiemeasureschdi sifiedcolltiiotoitiododos testopromotethecultivationofredculturalresouresinatangibleandefectivemanner，soastoachievevaluetransfoationof red culture in situational reproduction and emotional resonance.
