Research on the Integration Model of "Culture + Technology" in Deyang City in the New Era

Abstract： This paper focuses on the "Culture + Technology" integration model in the cultural system reform of Deyang City in thenewera，andexploresitsinovativepathsndpracticalexperiencesunderthebackgroundofdigitaltransformation.Byaalying theerabackgroundoftheintegrationofcultureandtechnoogytheculturalinnovationstrategicpositioningofDeyangCityandits currentidustrialdevelopentsatus，thsudystematicallxamiestebackgrondofdiialrasforation，policyuport，in dustrialtatusandkeybotlenecksencountered.Ipresentstheealisticpictureofdual-wheeldriveandtethicalandlbrativeecologicalbotlenecksfacdBasedonthepespetivesofsystemsthoryandcossbordergoveanca"Culture-Teolog" symbioticmodel isconstructed，andcombinedwiththesuccessfulexperiencesof theYangtzeRiverDeltaandtheChengduChongqingTwin-CityEconomicCircle，trategiesthatDeyangCitycandrawonareproposedOnthisbasis，itdiscuseshowtopro motethesustaiabledevelopmentofteitegratioofcultureandtchologytoughinstitutioalempowerment，tchologicalbak throughs，adual-hainclosdlomodel，andthstiulationofong-tedamiceergyndfoacaracteristicai vationpath forDeyangCityprovidingreplicableandscalabledemonstrationsandreferencesforthehighqualitydevelopmentofregional cultural industries.
