Abstract：Intecontextoftedigitalintellgenceea，teapidprogressofdigitaltchnologyndartifcialintelligenehanstigatedprofoundtransformationsintheresourceconstructionofuniversitylibraries.Thisdevelopmentpresentsbothnewopportnities，suchasexpandingresourcechannels，diversifyingresourcetypes，andehancingmanagementeficiencyandnewhalenge stemmingfromthesalatingseremandsfordiversifidandintegratedrsoues，persoaliedustomzationndinteligte action.Asthepivotalfactordeteriningtesandardoflibaryresoueconstruction，thprofeioalquaitiandcapabilisoflibrariansdirectlyinfluencethequalityofresourceconstructionandserviceefectivenes.Thus，theremodelingandenhancementof their inovativecapabitieshaveemergedasacrucialtopicforpromotingthehigh-qualitydevelopmentof libraries.Thispaper delvesdepintotheovelrequirementsfortalentsintheresoueconstructionofuniversitybrarisuringthedigitalandintelignt era.Byconsideringthecurrentsiationandexistingisuesintalentculivationandcapacitybuilding，strategisareproosdinas pectslikeinovatingtalentcultivationmodelsandestablishingacomprehensivecapacitybuildingsystem.Theaiistoboosttheinnovativecapabilitiesofuniversitylibrarians，facilitatetheigqualtydevelopmentofuniversitylibraiesempoweredbydigitaland intelligent technologies，and better serve teaching，research，and talent cultivation.
