Exploration on the Path of Libraries Empowering Teachers‘ Al Literacy in the Digital-Intelligent Era

Abstract:Theyear2O25marksthefirstyearofChinassmarteducation,andtheNationalEducationDigitalizationStrategic Action2.Ohasbeenoffciallylaunched.Teimportanceandurgencyofimproving teachers'artificialintellgenceliteracyhavebecome increasiglyprominnt.Tissdaddressstevolvingcootatiosanddevelopentneedsofteacherliteracyintigialn teligentera.Toughcsesudiesofiovativepracticsinpublicandacademicliraries,itexaminesteroleflbrarisaskowedgeservicecentersinthisontext.ThanalysiselucidateslibariescorecompetenciesinaggegatingAIleaingresourcs,afting diferentiated training curricula,supporting technology-enhanced pedagogical research,and building cross - sector collaborative networks.Groundedinthesefindings,thetudypropossatrategicexpansionoflibrarieseducationalandresearchsupportfuctis.It concludesbyconstructingaholisticempowermentmodel,conceptualizedasaResourceHub—TieredTraining—PracticePlatfor CollaborativeSynrgyframework,hichofersastrucuredpatayandactionabletrategiesforlibrariestosystematicallcotribute to the advancement of teacher AI literacy.
