On the Cultural Properties of the Translation of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract：TraditionalChinesemedical translationisarelativelycomplexprocessoflinguisticconversion.The theoreticalconceptsofTCMnotolybearmedicalatributesbutalsoculturalconnotations.Theauthorintends toexpoundtherationalefromthenecesityof translatingbasedonTCMcultureandthetranslationstrategies.Thisinvolvesfocusingontheculturalconnotationsof the sourcelanguage，fullyconveyingthesymbolichuesofTCMcultureandachievingthebilateraltransformationoftheformsandthe meanings.Thegoalistoconstructatranslationthatadherestothelinguisticnomsoftheargetlanguagewhileensuringthetarget audience'scomprehension.Byephasiingexpresionsanddiscoursesytems withdistinctiveTCMculturalcharacteristics，eclturalimpactofTCMtranslationcanberealized，therebyprovidingreferencesforthestandardizedresearchofTMtranslationandthe international dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine.

就中医翻译而言，着力于研究中医语词、句式、句法的翻译基本原则、基本方法，即信息符号的转换，力争在翻译中实现"最佳匹配"（optimizedcollo-cation）是一项首要任务;然而，有一些因素对其译语形式与意义的构建有着重要影响和制约作用，特别是中医所葆有的哲学思想与文化内涵。（剩余5719字）
