Abstract： Asanimportant intangiblecultural heritageofthe Bashuregion，Wenchang NewYearPaintingsfrom Mianyang embodythecorevaluesof "promotingcultureandupholdingvirtue"，whichalignscloselywiththeeducationalobjectivesofideological andpolicaleducationinhighervocationalcollges，suchasfosteringculturalconfidenceandcraftsmanshipspirit.Thisstudyleveragesartificialintellgence（StableDifusion，alargscaleimagegenerationmodel）asaechicalfoundationtoonstructaninteat edmodelencompassgigitalpresevatiodeolgicaliegatiodiovtiepacticyutilgteStableiusiodel， theresearchachievesfcentcreationproceses，includingtheextractionoftraditionalpatersfrom Wenchang NewYearPaintings， fusionwithmodernelements，andgenerativeculturalproductdesign.Thisprocessisincorporatedintotheideologicalandpolial curriculum for art and design majors in vocational education througha three-phase teaching approach（"cultural awarenesstechnical practice-value internalization"），significantly enhancingstudentsawarenessofintangible cultural heritage （ICH） preservation andinnovative capabilities.Practical results demonstrate that this integrated model not only promotes the digital dissemination of Wenchang New Year Paintings butalso strengthens the practical dimension of ideological education，offering a novel approach to the synergistic development ofICH inheritanceand vocational educationmodels.
