Abstract： With the popularizationand development of the Intemet，the network hasbecome the main channelforcolege studentstostudy，veadntertainAsteoregoupofoieactivitis，thetworkcivilzationliteracyofcolgesudentsisectly relatedtotheconstructionoftecyberspaceecosystemandtheirallrounddevelopment.Cultivatingthenetworkcivlaionliteracy ofcollegestudentshasimporantpracticalsignifiance.Basedontis，startingfromtecrecomponentsofcegesudentsnwok civilizationlitacyisprplyastutsiaoofldtsokcivilatioiacydo fectivepathsforcultivatingcollgesudents'networkcivilizationliteracyfromthreelevels：universities，families，andthoievironent.oculivatecgesudents‘netokcivilationlitacyitisessarytomproveteetrkvilaonliracducationsysteminollgsandniversi.Enhanceeimportacetatfmiliesattchtotecivationofllgestudentsliecivilty.Optimietenetworkenvironentanduildahealthynetworkosystm.Bycultivatingcollegesudentsntwokcivilization literacyandguidingthemtoforcoectonlinebehaviornos，itiselpfultopuriftheorderoftecyberspaceandtherebyprovide strong support for the construction of network civilization in the new era.
