Study on the influence of agricultural machinery cross-regional operation on green total factor productivity of grain in main producing areas

Abstract:Thecrossregionaloerationofagricultural machineryisanimportantmeasure toenhance thegreentotal factor productivityof grain and promote thegreen transformationof grain production.This paper takes13 major grain-producing provinces in China from 2O08 to 2022 asan example,uses the SBM model to calculate the gren total factor productivity of grain,anduses the two-way fixed modelandthe mediating efect toexplore the mechanismofthecrossegional operationofagricultural machineryonthegreen total factor productivityof grain.Theresearch finds that the green total factorproductivity( GTFP )of grain in the main production areas of China shows an“N"-shaped development trend of “first rising,then fallng,and then rising”,thecrossregional operationofagricultural machinery hasa significantpositive impact on the GTFP of grain in the main production areas,and there are obvious regional functional and geographical featurediferences.Inaddition,thedensityof highways playsanimportantmediatingrole intherelationshipbetwee the two,andhasathreshold effct basedonthescaleof farmlandoperation.Therefore,itis necessary tostrengthen the collaborative promotion mechanism of gren technologies,optimize the market structure of agricultural machineryservices, andenhancetechnical trainingand demonstration,soas to promote the highqualitydevelopmentof greengrain production.
