植物工厂节能和环境控制方法研究现状与展望

Abstract:With theaccelerationofglobal population growth andurbanization,traditional agricultureisfacingchalenges, andplantfactories,asanemergingagricultural model,havetheadvantages of eficientuseof resources,highdegreeof automation,and fewer pestsand diseases.However,solving theproblemof high energyconsumption has become a research hotspot.In this paper,the relevant energy-saving methodsare summarized forthe energy consumption structure of plant factories,which covers the energy-saving measures in four directions:suppementary lighting system,HVAC (heating,ventilation,andairconditioning)equipment,facade structure designandairfloworganizationoptimization.In addition,environmentalcontrol methodsareof great significancetoreduceenergyconsumptionof plant factoriesand ensurecrop growth,sothis paper focuseson theapplicationof environmental control algorithms,includingcontrol based onmechanismmodel,fuzzycontrol,decoupling controlandother intelligentcontrol methods.Theproblemsand potentials of thesecontrol technologies are discused.Finally,the specificenergy-saving measures andtheoptimizationof environmentalcontrolalgorithmsinplantfactoriesareprospected,hoping toprovidepracticalideas forreducing energy consumption and optimizing environmental control in plant factories.
