基于CFD一DEM耦合仿真的烟草移栽机锥形浇水喷嘴优化设计

Abstract:A conical watering nozzle was designed to address the problem of excessive water impact during transplanting operations,which may leadtothecollapseof tobacco seedlings.Theoptimal nozle parameters are determined through single-factorandmulti-factor simulationsusingFluent—EDEMcoupledfluid-discreteelementanalysis,inwhichthe Fluent fluid model was constructed for modeling the nozzleand the EDEM discrete element model forthe sedling and the soil.The hole diameter,hole number,and holeangle were used asthetestfactors,and tobaco seedlinguprightness as theevaluation indexes.Theoptimal parametercombinationof watering nozzles wasobtained with hole diameterof (20 12.4mm ,hole number of 2O,and hole angle of 61.6∘ ,at which the tobacco seedling uprightness was 71.2∘ .Further simulationandvalidationtestswerecariedout,and theresultsshowed thatundertheoptimal parametercombinations, the seedling uprightness was 66.4∘ and 64.9∘ with the absolute errors of 6.74% and 8.85% ,respectively. The results confirmedthereliabilityof themodel.Theresultsof thisstudycanprovidesomereferenceforthesimulationandoptimal design of transplanter watering device.
