Abstract：Itisof greatsignificancetoclarifytheimpactofthe highstandardfarmlandconstructionpolicyontheincreaseof farmers'income topromotetheconstructionofhigh-standardfarmland，ruralrevitalizationandachievecommon prosperity. Usingthepaneldataof3OprovincesinChinafrom2Oo7to2023，theincome-increasing efectofhigh-standardfarmland construction policyand its mechanism were discussd byusing thecontinuous-difference-in-diferences model（DID）and the mediation efectmodel.Theimplementationof thehigh-standard farmlandconstructionpolicycansignificantlyincrease farmers' income by an average of 6.2% . However，the effct is lagged，becoming apparent only in 2Ol5 and persisting thereafter.Theresultsofthemechanismtestindicatethatthehigh-standard farmland constructionpolicy primarilyenhances farmers'income through advancements inland productivityandagricultural mechanization.Heterogeneitytestresults show thattheincomeincreasing effectof highstandardfarmlandconstructionpolicyismoresignificantinareaswithweak risk resistance，areas with high financial supportforagricultureandnon-grain mainproducing areas.Therefore，the govermmentsatalllevelsshouldcontinueto implement thepolicyof constructing high-standardfarmland，constantly enhance thequalityofcultivatedlandandthelevelofagricultural mechanization，fulltakeintoaccountregionaldifferences andindustrial developmentcharacteristics，and formulatedevelopment strategies in accordance withlocalconditions，soas to better promote the sustained increase of farmers'income.
