Abstract:Aiming atthe problems thattheexisting mechanized separation method is notapplicable tocarnationcollected seedlings separation,and the operational efciency and separation success rate are low,a setofcarnation group seedling pneumaticseparation mechanism wasconstructedbyadopting the jetseparation method,and thecolected sedlings pneumatic separation test wascaried out.Inthis study,on the basis ofthe measurementofcharacteristic parametersof “YINMORE”carnation seedlings,the designof the seedlings supply box,seedlings conveyor belt,jet nozzle,mesh separation platform and the selectionofcontroldevices and visual devices were carredout,and theaperture of the jet nozzle was determined to be 6mm through Fluent simulation. The collected seedlings pneumatic separation test took the separatio success rateas the objective function,andthe jet point position,jetpresureand jet time interval as the influencing factors,andcarredoutathre-fctor,three-levelful-factortest.Thetestresultsshowed that when thejet point position was at the stem of group seedlings,the jet pressure was 0.25MPa ,and the time interval of jet action was (204号 0.50s ,the efficiency of the separation operation could reach 6000plants/h ,and the separation success rate was 94.5% : It can provide technical reference for the development of carnation seedlings cuttings machine.
