Abstract:Agriculturalmechanizationisof great significanceforbuildingclimateresilientagricultureandpromoting agricultural modernization.Basedonthe panel dataof agricultural production in 31 provinces(autonomousregions and municipalities)in China from 2Ol2to2O22,theentropy method wasusedtomeasure thelevelof agricultural climate resilience,andthe Tobit model wasused toempiricallyanalyze the impactofagricultural mechanizationonagricultural climatersilience,and themoderating efectof agricultural scientificresearch investment was tested.Theresultsshowed that in the time series dimension,theoverallevelofagricultural climateresilience from2O12 to 2O22 showedastable upwardtrend.Inthespatialdimension,thelevelofagriculturalclimateresilienceshowedaregionaldistribution characteristicof"highintheeastandlowinthewest".Agriculturalmechanizationhadasignificanteffectonagricultural climateresilience,andagricultural scientificresearchinvestmentplayedapositiveroleintheimpactofagricultural mechanizationonagricultural climateresilience.There was heterogeneity in theimpactof agricultural mechanizationon agriculturalclimateresilienceindiffrentregionswithdiferentagriculturaleconomicproportionsanddiferentresilience dimensions,andtheadaptabilityof areas withahigh proportionof agriculturaleconomyandagricultural climateresilience wasmoresignificantlyaffectedbyagriculturalmechanization.Therefore,itisnecessarytopromotethefullprocess, allroundandhigh-quality developmentofagricultural mechanization,strengthen thesupportofagricultural scientific researchinvestmentforclimateadaptationandmitigationmeasures,andformulateregionallydiferentiated strategiesfor improving agricultural climateresilience,soas to enhance theresilienceofagricultural systems to cope withclimate shocks.
