回火处理对硼钢显微组织及性能的影响

Abstract:Aimingat thelowwear resistanceof soilcontact parts ofagricultural machinery,theefectof toughness on the wearresistance of 22MnB5stelwasstudied bytempering.Theresultsshow thatthe lath martensitecharacteristicsof 2MnB5 steel gradually vanish after "quenching+tempering treatment".Withthe increaseof tempering temperature,the saturatedcarbon inmartensitegraduallprecipitated,thefinecarbideparticlesincreasedanddistributedevenly,andthe internal stress decreased,resulting inthedecreaseof hardnessand theimprovementof impact toughness.The hardness and impact toughness of 22MnB5 steel after tempering at 470°C are 305HV0.3 and 105J⋅cm-2 ,respectively,and the wear loss is 3.73mg ,which shows the best wear resistance.The 470°C tempering treatment effectivelyrelieves the surfacestress,reduces theprobabilityofcrack initiation,reduces thewear andspalingof the material surface,and improvesthewearresistanceofthestel.The wear mechanism changes from significant abrasive wear,adhesive wear and fatigue wear to slight abrasive wear and fatigue wear.
