农业生产托管组织服务效率研究

Abstract：Theeficiencyof hosting organization services has a significant impacton thesurvival and developmentof the hostingserviceindustryand theentireprocess of agricultural modernization．Thisarticleis basedon fieldresearch data from 577 hosting organizations in Anhui Province，and comprehensively uses DEA（Data Envelopment Analysis）model andTobit regresson methodto measure the levelof serviceeficiencyandanalyze its influencing factors.Theresults showed that the average comprehensive technicaleficiencyof theentrustedorganizations in Anhui Provincewas 0.126， withpure technicalefficiencyandscaleefficiencyofO.579andO.223，respectively，reflecting thecurrentsituationof moderate technologyapplication butsignificantlyinsufficientscaleconfiguration.Tobitregresion shows thattheeffciency offarmercooperatives（eficiencyvalueO.O59）andvillagecolletiveeconomicorganizations（O.O43）issignificantly higher than thatof large-scaleagricultural machineryfarmers.Researchshows thattheloweficiencyof entrustedservices inAnhui Provinceis mainlyduetotheimbalanceofresourcealocationandthelack of economiesof scale.It is necessary tocoordinate measures such as optimizing land contiguous management， strengthening technical training，improving storage facilities，and providing precise policy support to promote eficiency improvement.
