Abstract:Promotingagricultural modernizationandachieving high-qualityagriculturaldevelopmentareesentialsteps towards China'smoderization.A crucial aspectof this processis enhancing the levelof agricultural production supportin majorgrain-producing regions,which directlycontributes toacceleratingagricultural progress.Tocomprehensivelyassess thestatus of agriculturalproduction supportand identifykey bariers in theseregions,this studyconstructedanevaluation index system based on six core dimensions:agricultural material suply,agricultural machinery,agricultural technology, agricultural information,agricultural financeand insurance,andagriculturalinfrastructure.Thestudyapplied the entropy weightTOPSISmodel incombinationwiththeobstacledegre modeltoevaluateandanalyzetheagricultural production support levels in13major grain-producing areas in China overthe period from 2O13 to 2O22.Theresults showedaconsistent upwardtrend intheoverallevelofagriculturalproductionsupport during this decade,withaclear spatial pattern where support levelsweregenerallyhigher ineasternregionsandlowerinthewest.Despitetheoverall progress,thereare significantregional disparities.Theanalysisrevealedthattheprimaryobstacles limiting furtherimprovementswere concentratedinthreedimensions:agricultural infrastructure,agriculturalfinanceandinsurance,andagricultural mechanization.Specifically,the most prominent barrier within infrastructure was the insuficient development ofrural power systems.Intermsofagriculturalfinanceandinsurance,thelimitedavailabilityandefectivenessofagricultural insurance posedamajorchallnge.Meanwhile,intheagricultural mechanizationdimension,arelativelylow levelof agricultural mechanization developmentcontinuedtohinderadvancement.Therefore,toefectivelyimproveagricultural production supportinkeygrainproducingregions,itisetialtotrengthenbasicifrastructure(espeiallinralaeas),eleate the developmentandadoptionofagricultural machineryand improvetheavailabilityand performanceofrural financialand insuranceservices.Addressng theseareas willbecriticalforbuildingamoreresilientand modernagriculturalsectorin China.
