乡村振兴背景下农村改厕粪污集中处理模式探讨

——基于平原县实践案例

Abstract：Rural toiletrenovationisanimportantcomponentofChina'sruralrevitalization strategyand the improvementof ruralliving environment.Promoting the simultaneous constructionof toiletsand domesticsewage treatment facilities，and strengthening the integrated management，willhelp tocomprehensively enhancetheoverallimprovementofrural environmental remediation.Throughonsiteinvestigationsand individual interviewsinvillgesofPingyuan County， Dezhou City，a detailed understanding of the usage of ruraltoilets renovations by farmers was gained，and the existing toiletfeces treatmentand resourceutlization technologiesin Pingyuan County were sortedoutand summarized.From the perspectiveof vilagers，thepractical problems，formation causes，and restrictive factorsin therenovationof sanitary toiletsweredeeplyanalyzed.Ingeneral，therearestillsomeproblemsinPingyuan County，suchasunbalanced developmentof toiletfecestreatment，imperfect long-termmechanismsof managementandprotection，and imperfect livinginfrastructure.Atypicalcaseofnewcentralized treatment modeforruraltoiletfecesunderthebackgroundof rural revitalizationwasselected．The process principleandoperationefect of thecase were expounded，and theempirical analysis andsummarywere caried out.Finally，basedontheactual situation of Pingyuan County，feasible suggestions areput forwardfrommulti-aspect，multi-angleandmulti-level，aiming toprovidereferencesandinspirationsforthe treatment and utilization of rural toiletfeces in rural toiletrenovation and the development of green agriculture.

0 引言

党的十八大以来，国家高度重视生态文明建设和人民群众健康，并就农村改厕工作作出“肥料化、资源化、变废为宝、综合利用、生态循环”总体部署[1]2023年中央一号文件明确指出“推进厕所粪污、易腐烂垃圾、有机废弃物就近就地资源化利用”。（剩余10797字）
