Design and test of chain sieve type residual film recovery and bundling integrated machine

Abstract:Inorder to efectivelyreduce the polution of residualfilms in farmland,minimize thecosts ofrecovery,storage andtransportationtothegreatest extent,andimprovethestandardized managementlevelofresidualfims,achainscreen typeintegrated machine forresidual filmrecoveryand baling is designed.The structural designofkeycomponents such as thefilm lifting device,therolerspringtooth filmpickingdevice,thechain screen type impurityremoval device,the film rolingadfilmcollection device,andtheautomaticbaling deviceof thismachineryiscarredout.Fieldexperimentsare conducted withtherotationalspeedof thefilm-pickingroler,thedepthofthefilm-pickingshovelentering thesoil,and theforward speedof themachineryas influencing factors,and with theresidual filmcleaningrateand the impuritycontent rateasthetestindicators.Thefieldresultsshowthatundersuitableworkingconditions,theinfluenceofeach testfactor on the residual film cleaning rate of this machinery is the rotational speed of the film picking drum > the depth of soil penetration > theforward speed of the machinery.Theresults of orthogonal test range analysis and variance analysis show that when the matching power of the machinery is 44.13kW ,the optimal combination is as follows:the operating speedis 5km/h ,the rotational speed of the film picking roller is 90r/min ,and the depth of penetration into the soil is (20号 50mm . At this time, the average cleaning rate of the residual film reaches 87.0% ,and the impurity rate is 7.25%
