Abstract:Thedevelopmentof straw colectingandcontainer-loading equipment isof great significance foraddressing the chalengeof high costsasociatedwithstraw colletion,storage,and transportation in China,andforenhancing the commercialvalueof itscomprehensiveutilization.This paper reviews theresearch progressandaplication statusof straw collctio forage wagonof-fieldequipmentat homeandabroad,comparatively analyzes theadvantagesanddisadvantages of thetwo mainstreamcollction,storageand transportationmodesofbalingandloose grass,and pointsoutthatthe loose grass mode has significantcostadvantages andoperational simplicity in short-distance transportation.Through sortingout the process ofthisequipmentfrom thematurityofforeign technologytoits initial developmentinChina,analyzing the structural featuresand technical diferences ofcore working components such asthe spring toth picker,feeding rotor,and shredding device,itis revealed thatthere isaconsiderablegap betweendomestic equipmentandadvanced foreign products intermsoftechnologicalmaturity,reliability,inteligencelevel,andthelifespanofkeycomponents.Furtherresearch indicatesthatthecurentdomesticequipmentdevelopmentstilfacescoreissuessuchaspooradaptability,limited economic benefits,andtheabsenceof policysupportand industrystandards.Basedonthis,itis proposedthatefrts should bemade toenhance the independentresearchanddevelopmentand innovationofkeydevices,develop modularand serialized equipment systems,and optimize the establishmentofa hierarchical collection,storageand transportation model of“decentralized collection + centralized transfer”,thereby providing theoretical references and practical directions for the breakthrough innovationand industrial promotionof straw collection boxof-feld technologyand equipment in China.
