Abstract:In viewofthe lack ofresearch on the feeding mechanism in thecurrent market and the insuficientfeeding capacity of the feeding mechanism,taking the feding mechanism in forage harvesting machine asthe starting point,the dynamicfeding mechanismof thesquare balerisdesigned.Firstly,basedontheanalysisoftheprocessflowof the squarebalerand thefeedingamountof thesquarebaler,itisdeterminedthatthe spindlespeedispositivelycorrelate withthe feeding amount,at the same time,the matching of the feeding amount and the spindle speed determines the fedingability.Inthispaper,themathematical modelof dynamic feeding mechanism is designedbyvector method.At the sametime,the feeding angle,throwing angle,contact angle,ofset angleandthesizeofthe feding mechanismare established basedonthe overalldesignspace position.Basedon the joint simulationanalysisof discreteelementand dynamic software for the feeding process,theoptimal parameter combination is as follows:when the spindle speed is 176r/min ,the feeding rate is 12.5kg/s . The field experiment showed that the throwing amount of the mechanism was between 5-20kg/s during the harvesting of alfalfa,and there would be no blockage.
