Abstract:Inorder toimprove theoverall energyeficiency,baking productivityandeconomic benefit of the heating equipment in the intensive baking roomand reduce environmental pollution caused by tobacco baking,anano farinfrared thermal intensive bakingroom was designed,including theconstructionof thermal energyequipmentandventilatioand dehumidificationequipmentfornanofar-infraredheat intensivebakingrooms.Acomparative studywas conductedbetween thenanofarinfraredthermalenergyintensivebakingroomandthebiomassintensivebakingroomintermsof theexternal quality,economiccharacteristics,benefit indicators,andchemical compositionofthe cured tobaco leaves.Theresults showed that the nanofar-infrared thermal energy intensivecuringbarncould beterachieve moisture-retaining curing, andthemoisturecontent of theentiretobaccoleavescured inthenanofarinfraredheatintensivebakingroom was decreasedgently,theexternal quality was improved,proportionof the high-midle grade tobacco leaves was added by 8.13% and 16.04% ( p<0.05 ),the average price was increased 6.22yuan/kg and 8.29yuan/kg ( ⋅p<0.05 ),economic benefit was increased 2 291.54 and 3 517.21 yuan per baking room ⋅p<0.05 ),what's more,total sugar and reducing sugarcontentof thecured tobacco leaves were significantly higher than thatof the biomass intensive baking rooms.
