Abstract:Inorder to increasetheamountof residual fimrecovered fromresidual filmrecoverymachineandimprove the eficiencyoffilm harvestingoperation,afilmcompaction device forresidual filmrecovery machineisdeveloped.This device ismainlycomposedof twoparts forfilmblockingand film presing mechanism.Athree-dimensional solid model is constructedintheSolidWorks environment,andtheresidual filmcompactionmechanismmodelisimported into the Adams software,to carry out kinematicsanddynamics simulation forresidual filmcompaction device,analyze its movement law,and verifytherationalityof thesize,structure,andmaterial selectionof theresidual filmcompaction device.Finiteelementanalysiswasconductedonthecranksandconnectingrodsthat were heavilystressed inthefilm presingmechanism,through finiteelement dataanalysis,the maximum force actingonthehinge jointof thefilmpressing component was determined.The maximum stress value was 45.153MPa ,themaximum deformation of crankshaft was (20号 0.054mm ,and the maximum deformation of the connecting rod was 0.002 5mm ,both the maximum stress and deformationvalues of thecrankshaftandconnectingrodwere within theappropriaterange,andthe safety factor was relativelyhigh,which indicatesthatthecompactiondevicecan fullymeetthedesignrequirementsof themachine loading and pressing film.Thecompaction device of residualflm recovery machine increases the film colection distance,reduce film unloading times,improve machine film loading and work efficiency.
