Research on the Application Status and Countermeasures of Rapid Food Safety Testing Technology

Abstract： The rapid detection technology for food safety is a key means to ensure food safety，which can achieve timely screening and early warning of harmful substances in food.This article systematically analyzes the current application status ofrapidfoodsafetydetection technology，pointing out its shortcomings intechnicalstandard system，application scenario coverage，and industrial collaborative development. And in response to these iues， optimization measures have been proposed to improve the technical standard system，expand diverse application scenarios，andstrengthen industrialcollborativedevelopment.Specific measures includeunifyingdomestic standards andaligning with international standards; develop adaptive technologies based on different scenario requirements; depening thecooperation between industry，academia，and research，cultivating leading enterprises，etc.，ims to build a comprehensive and multi-level food safety rapid testing system to ensure public health and industrial safety.
