Research on the Risk Warning and Regulatory Optimization Path of Food Safety in the Chinese Pastry Industry Chain

Abstract: Chinese pastry is an important component of food culture,but its complex industrial chain brings many food safety hazards.The traditional regulatory model is diffcult to achieve dynamic risk control throughout the entire chain due to issues such as data silos,insuffcient cross departmentalcollaboration,and delayed response. Basedon asystematic analysis of thecausesoffood safety risks inthe Chinese pastryindustry chain,this article proposes measures for the construction of a food safety risk early warning mechanism in the Chinese pastry industry chain,an optimized path for food safety supervision,and safeguard measures,with the aim of forming a risk prevention and control loop covering the entire chain,effectively ensuring the safety of Chinese pastry fod,and promoting the healthy development of the industry.
