Application of Pesticide Residue Detection Technology in Food Quality Inspection

Abstract: With the increasing prominence of agricultural product safety issues, pesticide residue detection technologyhas become akey means to ensure food quality. In this paper,the development process of pesticide residue detection technology is systematically reviewed,and the principles,advantagesand application scenarios ofemerging detection methods such as chromatography analysis technology,spectral analysis technology,biosensing technology, molecular imprinting technology and nanotechnology are analyzed.By comparing the sensitivity,selectivityand applicability of diferent technologies,an optimization strategy of multi-technology coupling and scenario-based adaptation was proposed to improve the detection efciency and accuracy.Through the development of intelligence, miniaturization and high-throughput, it provides technical support for the safety supervision of the whole chain of agricultural products.
