Analysis of Proficiency Testing Results and Critical Quality Control Points for the Detection of Multiple Pesticide Residues in Cucumber Powder

Abstract： This paper analyzes the results of the laboratory in the proficiency testing of pesticide residues in cucumber powder and discuses the keyquality control points.The proficiency testing results show thatthe laboratory test results are satisfactory， and the |Z|⩽0.3 ， indicating that the quality control is effective. The key quality control points include sample preservation，selectionof detection methods，preparation of standard substances，pretreatment of reagents and consumables，matching of matrix blanks，pre-experiment analysis，and quality control during the experiment. Accurately grasping these key control points is conducive to enhancing detection capabilities and providing a strong guarantee for the quality and safety of agricultural products.
