Research on the Impact of Full Process Quality Control in Food Production on Food Safety Level

Abstract: The frequent occurrence of food safety problems poses a threat to public health, and systematic quality control from source to end is urgently needed.In this paper, the currnt status of qualitycontrol of raw materials,processing,storageand packaging inthe whole processoffood production isstudied,the impactof risk identification,additive management,allergen control and harmful substance preventionand control on foodsafetyis analyzed,and the improvement strategies such as automatic monitoring,data tracking,personnel quality improvement and standardand regulation optimizationare proposed.It is found that the construction of acontrollable,traceable and efficient food safety assurancesystem at the practicallevel is conduciveto strengthening thequality management ability of enterprises in the whole process and promoting the upgrading ofquality technology in the industry.
