Interference Factors and Solutions for Sulfite Detection in Foods

Abstract: This paper analyzes the interfering factors that affect the accuracy of sulfite detection in food testing, mainly including differences in sample pretreatment,limitations of detection methods,fluctuations in equipment performance,operationalerorsofpersonnel,andchanges inenvironmentalconditions,etc.Onthis basis,targeted solutions are proposed, with the expectation of providing theoretical support for improving thereliabilityof the test results.
