Research on Food Safety Inspection and Testing Quality Management Issues and Countermeasures

Abstract: In recent years,frequent food safety incidents have received widespread attention and concern from consumers.Currently,there are quality management issues in China’s food safety inspectionand testing work,such as outdated technology,processes that need optimization,and data that needs organization.Relevant supervisory and management departments should optimize quality management work by combining modern technology, properly applying new productive forces,information sharing platfors,bigdata,and artificial inteligence technologies in he food safety inspection and testing quality management process, in order to enhance the level offood safety in society and provide a fundamental guarantee for social stability and development.
