Design of Food Testing Data Management and Quality Traceability Platform Base on Blockchain

Abstract: In recent years,frequent food safety issues occur, and traditional traceability systems struggle to ensure theauthenticityof traceability informationdueto their centralizedstorage model,making information vulnerable to tampering.This paper designs a blockchain-based food testing data management and quality traceability platform to address problems in food testing data management and traceability information authenticity.The platform records testingdata collected from various stages offood production,processing,testing,logistics,and sales ina blockchain through distributedstorage.Byleveraging blockchain’sdecentralization,immutabilityndtransparency, it ensurs the integrityoffood testing data and the authenticity of traceability information. Combined with smart contract technology,the platform enables automatic verification of testing dataand transparent sharing of traceability information, building a food quality data management ecosystem with multi-party participation and mutual supervision.This improves food safetyregulatory effciency,protects consumers’right to information,and promotes high-quality development of the food industry.
