Sampling Inspection and Quality Management Analysis of Edible Agricultural Products at the Grassroots Level

Abstract: Withthe acceleration of China’s agricultural modernization,the production scale of edible agricultural products at the grassroots level continues to expand,the number of business entities continues to increase and disperse,and the traditional sampling and quality management mode can no longer meet the practical needs of ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products.This article explains the importance of sampling and quality management of edible agricultural products atthe grassroots level,deeplyanalyzes the outstanding problems in curent work,and proposes aseries of targeted optimization measures incombination with intellgent and information technologies,aiming to improve the effciencyand quality of sampling and quality management ofedible agricultural products at the grassroots level and effectively ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.
