Discussion on the Role of Food Safety Detection Technology in Food Supervision

Abstract： Food safety is an important isse concerning public health and social stability.As the core tool of modern fod supervision，food safety detection technology plays an irreplaceable role in risk prevention andcontrol， process supervision，and the construction of public trust. This paper explores how food safety detection technology strengthens the efectiveness offood supervision through dimensions such as data support， processsupervision，law enforcement basis， and trust enhancement， and puts forward a series of optimization suggestions.
