Issues and Optimization Strategies for Hot Meal Contracting Enterprises in Food Safety Certification

Abstract: To improve the compliance of hot food contracting companies with food safety certification, this paper analyzes common issues in standard implementation,hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) system use,and third-party audits.By examining food processing steps and business operations,and referencing current lawsand standards, te paper suggests creating standard procedures,beter integrating HACCP,and improving audit preparation.Thestudyfinds that betersystems,process controls,and staf training together can effectivelyraise food safety management and certification success.
