Abstract： As a tropical specialty fruit， the detection of nutritional components in pineapple is of great significance for quality evaluation，processng utilization，and market standardization.This paper analyzes the key problems existing inthedetection processfrom fourdimensions： technology，personnel，equipment，and enviroment， and proposes targeted optimization strategies.The aim is to provide atheoreticalreference for improving the accuracy of pineapple detection and perfecting the industry quality control system.
