Research on Risk Assessment System Driven by Big Data for Food Safety Sampling Inspection

Abstract： As food safety issues attract increasing societal attention， big data from food safety sampling inspections has emerged asacritical toolforrisk assessment，playing a vitalrole inensuring foodsafety.Thisarticle explores the core value，current challnges，and future development trends of a risk assessment system driven byfood safety sampling big data. Through precise risk identification， optimized resource allocation，and dynamic monitoring and early warning，the effciency and accuracy of food safety risk assessment can be effectively improved.At the same time，construction measures have been proposed in data governance，technology application，and mechanism collaboration，aiming to promote a big data-driven risk assssment system for food safety sampling to beter serve public safety and health.
