Analysis of Common Food Safety Issues and Safeguard Measures in Enterprise Canteens

Abstract: To ensure the dietary health of enterprise employees and improve the food safety management level of enterprise canteens,this paper analyzescommon issues in food procurement,storage,processng,and other links in enterprise canteens,as wellas situations such as employees'weak awarenessoffood safety and te lack of emergency plans. In view of this,targeted safeguard measures are proposed to comprehensively enhance the food safety protection capabilities of enterprise canteens.
