气质联用技术在食品添加剂检测中的研究
摘 要:本文分析了气质联用技术在食品添加剂检测中的应用,详细探讨了其在各类食品添加剂检测中的作用,分析认为该技术虽有优势,但仍受样品前处理、设备、人员及环境等因素影响。鉴于此,应依据添加剂特性优化前处理流程,加大设备资金投入,强化人员培训,严格把控环境条件,从而提高检测准确性。

Research on the Application of Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry in Food Additive Detection

Abstract: This paper analyzes the application of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) in the detection of food additives, and discusses its role in the detection of various food additives in detail. The analysis shows that although this technology has advantages, it is still affected by sample pretreatment, equipment, personnel and environment. In view of this, the pre-treatment process should be optimized based on the characteristics of additives, equipment funding should be increased, personnel training should be strengthened, and environmental conditions should be strictly controlled to improve detection accuracy.
