预包装食品在电商平台上的监管问题与对策研究

摘 要：为了提高电商平台上预包装食品的监管水平，保障食品安全和消费者权益，本文分析了当前电商平台在食品安全监管方面存在的问题。分析认为，现有监管体系未能有效适应电商平台的快速发展，需要进一步完善相关法律法规，明确各方监管职责，强化电商平台的主体责任，同时健全消费者投诉和维权渠道。

Research on the Supervision Issues and Countermeasures of Pre-Packaged Food on E-Commerce Platforms

Abstract： In order to enhance the supervision of pre-packaged food on e-commerce platforms and ensure food safety and consumer rights， this paper analyzes the existing issues in the regulation of food safety on these platforms. The analysis suggests that the current regulatory system has not effectively adapted to the rapid development of e-commerce platforms and requires further improvement of relevant laws and regulations. It is necessary to clarify the responsibilities of various regulatory bodies， strengthen the main responsibilities of e-commerce platforms， and improve consumer complaint and rights protection channels.
