摘 要：食品安全关系到人们的身体健康和社会的发展。食品安全行政执法工作的顺利开展，能够有效保障人们的食品安全，保护消费者健康权益和财产权益。本文主要分析新形势下的食品安全行政执法问题，并提出食品安全行政执法水平的提升策略，旨在为相关工作者提供借鉴。

Abstract： Food safety is related to people’s health and social development. The smooth development of food safety administrative law enforcement can effectively ensure people’s food safety and protect consumers’ health rights and property rights. This paper mainly analyzes the problems of food safety administrative law enforcement under the new situation， and puts forward strategies to improve the level of food safety administrative law enforcement， aiming to provide reference for relevant workers.
