阿胶行业的发展现状及困境分析

摘 要：随着时代的发展，阿胶行业面临着驴皮资源不足、企业生产成本高昂、产品竞争激烈等多重困境，严重制约了阿胶产业的可持续发展。本文深入分析了阿胶行业面临的困境，提出了解决驴皮资源短缺、降低生产成本和提高企业竞争力等措施，以期为阿胶行业的健康发展提供参考。

Analysis of the Current Development Status and Difficulties of the Donkey-Hide Gelatin Industry

Abstract： With the development of the times， the donkey-hide gelatin industry is facing multiple difficulties， such as insufficient donkey hide resources， high production costs， and fierce product competition， which seriously restricts the sustainable development of donkey-hide gelatin industry. This paper deeply analyzes the difficulties faced by the donkey-hide gelatin industry， and puts forward measures to solve the shortage of donkey hide resources， reduce production costs and improve enterprise competitiveness， in order to provide reference for the healthy development of donkey-hide gelatin industry
