食品中毒害危险物现场快检与精准检测关键技术研究
摘 要:本文系统梳理了食品中毒害危险物现场快检和精准检测的关键技术类型,强调了不同检测方法在灵敏度、检测精度、检测时效性方面的优缺点。同时针对不同检测方法的局限性,从技术改进、步骤优化、材料优化等方面提出了具体的改进方法,旨在为食品毒害危险物检测中具体检测技术的选择提供参考。

Abstract: In this paper, the key technology types of on-site rapid detection and accurate detection of food poisoning hazards are systematically sorted out, and the advantages and disadvantages of different detection methods in terms of sensitivity, detection accuracy and detection timeliness are emphasized. At the same time, in view of the limitations of different detection methods, specific improvement methods are proposed from the aspects of technical improvement, step optimization and material optimization, aiming to provide reference for the selection of specific detection technologies in the detection of food poison and dangerous substances.
