提升食源性疾病防控有效性的策略
摘 要:食源性疾病对公共健康构成了严重威胁。随着信息技术的发展,食品安全监管机构要追踪食品流向,实时监控食品安全状态,在源头上预防食源性疾病的发生,确保消费者的饮食安全和健康。本文阐述食源性疾病的致病原因,提出提升食源性疾病防控有效性的策略。

Strategies to Improve the Effectiveness of Prevention and Control of Foodborne Diseases

Abstract: Foodborne diseases pose a serious threat to public health. With the development of information technology, food safety regulators should track the flow of food, monitor the status of food safety in real time, prevent the occurrence of foodborne diseases at the source, and ensure the food safety and health of consumers. This paper discusses the causes of foodborne diseases and proposes strategies to improve the effectiveness of prevention and control of foodborne diseases.
