食品检验检测的质量控制及细节问题探讨
摘 要:本文基于文献综述和现有实践,系统梳理了食品检测技术现状,分析了食品检验检测中常见细节问题,并针对样品前处理不规范、检测方法选择适用性不足及结果解释准确性低等,提出了优化样品前处理标准操作程序、根据基质特性选择最佳检测方法以及制定结果解释指南的策略,为提升食品安全保障水平提供重要参考。

Discussion on the Quality Control and Details of Food Inspection and Testing

Abstract: Based on the literature review and existing practice, this paper systematically combed the current situation of food detection technology, analyzed the common details of food inspection and detection. In view of the nonstandard sample pretreatment, the lack of applicability of the selection of detection methods and the low accuracy of the results interpretation, the strategies of optimizing the standard operating procedures of sample pretreatment, selecting the best detection method according to the characteristics of the matrix and formulating the results interpretation guidelines were put forward, which provided an important reference for improving the level of food safety.
