食品生产许可现场核查常见问题与探究

摘 要：食品生产许可是食品企业进行生产必须具备的前提条件。食品生产许可现场核查是食品生产许可制度的关键环节，对保障食品生产安全起到重要作用。本文根据《食品生产许可管理办法》《食品生产许可审查通则》，主要针对食品企业生产许可现场核查的常见问题进行阐述，并提出相应的思路，推动食品生产企业的高质量发展。

Abstract： Food production license is a prerequisite for food enterprises to carry out production. On-site verification of food production license is a key link in the food production permission system and plays an important role in ensuring food production safety. This article， based on the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Food Production Licenses and the General Rules for the Examination of Food Production Licenses， mainly elaborates on the common problems in on-site inspection of food production licenses for food enterprises， and proposes corresponding ideas to promote the high-quality development of food production enterprises.
