摘 要：近年来，随着经济的发展，预制菜以其方便快捷的特点成为食品行业增长最快的品类之一，进一步丰富了适应当今消费者快节奏生活方式的方便食品体系。本文重点介绍了珠海预制菜产业发展现状，阐述了预制菜产业发展问题，并给出了提升珠海预制菜产业竞争力的对策。

Abstract： In recent years， with the development of economy， prefabricated dishes have become one of the fastest-growing categories in the food industry because of their convenience， which has further enriched the convenience food system that adapts to today’s fast-paced lifestyle of consumers. This article focuses on the current development status of the prefabricated vegetable industry in Zhuhai， elaborates on the development issues of the prefabricated vegetable industry， and provides countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of the prefabricated vegetable industry in Zhuhai.
